What is Nicholas Financial eStatements and how does it work?

Nicholas Financial eStatements is a new free service Nicholas Financial is offering customers who want to begin receiving their Nicholas Financial documents by eMail.

How will I benefit from receiving Nicholas Financial eStatements?

Nicholas Financial eStatements has many benefits. Customers will enjoy prompt and accurate eStatements that look and function just like paper statements.

Nicholas Financial eStatements are delivered the next business day compared to 3-4 days with paper mail.

eStatements are also interactive, meaning you open the PDF and you can click on buttons for such items as:  LIST ITEMS

How do I sign up for Nicholas Financial eStatements?

Log-In:

If you are already registered in the payment portal, you simply sign in with your previous credentials.  You will be required to update your password.  To enroll in eStatements (eDelivery), select Settings from the left navigation and then choose the Preference Management icon.

Register Now:

When you register, you will automatically begin the enrollment in eStatements (eDelivery). To activate your eStatement enrollment  you must confirm your email by clicking the link in the confirmation email.

Pay Without Registering:

You will not be automatically enrolled in eStatments (eDelivery).  To enroll, click the link to enroll and register. To activate your eStatement enrollment  you must confirm your email by clicking the link in the confirmation email.

NOTE: You can change your statement delivery preferences at any time by selecting Settings from the left navigation in the payment portal and then select the Preference Management icon. From there you can manage email and paper statements.

How much does it cost?

Nicholas Financial eStatements is provided to you as an enhanced service at no additional cost.

I’m concerned about security, how secure is Nicholas Financial eStatements?

Nicholas Financial has taken the necessary measures to ensure secure delivery of your documents.  When an electronic statement is ready to be delivered to a customer an email is sent with an attached ‘Statement Pickup’ PDF, the actual statement is not emailed directly to the customer. The Statement Pickup PDF is an interactive form that requires the customer to submit their statement password and will then retrieve their statement PDF securely over the Internet.

Will I still have access to Nicholas Financial Customer Service?

We’re always happy to take your call from 8:30 am to 5:30pm (local time) but with Nicholas Financial eStatements you have convenient access to your documents 24 hours a day, 7 days a week from anywhere you can access the Internet.

Will I need special software to view my document?

No. Documents are viewed using the standard version Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or higher, which in most cases is already installed on your PC. You can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat from the following link.

What type of documents will I receive electronically?

For the accounts you choose, you will receive all of your statements and notices. And, if you want, you can un-enroll some, or all of the accounts, but we think you’re going to love the convenience and the interactive PDF features.

After I enroll in Nicholas Financial eStatements will Nicholas Financial continue to mail me a paper document?

No.

What if my email address changes after I enroll?

Click on a button within your e-document to change your account information then click to submit it to Nicholas Financial for processing. It’s just that easy.

What happens if I forget my password?

Contact Nicholas Financial who will send you send you another Activation Code. You will then access the same enrollment page using the account and Activation Code to allow you to create another password and submit it electronically for processing.
