To use the online payment system you will need your Payer ID# and the last four digits of the primary borrower’s social security number. Your Payer ID# can be found below your account number on your monthly billing statement. If you need assistance locating your Payer ID# please call your servicing branch office for assistance (click here for a branch directory listing). Our online payment service offers you a variety of payment options:

Make payments using your checking or savings account or using a signature debit card (debit cards with a MasterCard or Visa logo). This service does not accept credit cards.

Set up convenient auto-debit (recurring payments). There is no charge for the auto-debit option. You will need to log in with your Payer ID# and the last four digits of the primary borrowers social number and enroll to create a login ID and password.

Set up a one-time payment by logging in with your Payer ID# and the last four digits of the primary borrower’s social number. ACI Universal Payments charges $3.00 per transaction for this service, which will appear as a seperate charge on your bank statement.

Payments may also be made over a telephone using our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. To access the IVR system dial 866-214-8805. You will need your 12 digit payer ID# and the last 4 digits of the primary borrowers Social Security Number. ACI Universal Payments charges $3.00 per transaction for this service, which will appear as a seperate charge on your bank statement.

Payments submitted after 5:30pm EST will be posted to your account the next business day (Monday- Friday excluding legal holidays). Payments may not appear on your account for up to 3 days.
